As our destination expert, she has dived the Maldives extensively, and if you want to know about Indonesia, South Africa, Galapagos, Fiji, Socorro, Dominica, Truk and other far-flung spots, she’s your girl! Holly’s attention to detail makes even complicated itineraries smooth sailing.

Sales Executive
Having lived and worked in Egypt and Europe as a holiday rep, the Red Sea is in Helena’s blood. Knowledgeable in many areas from diving to cultural tours, she’s the perfect person to chat to about classic destinations such as Egypt and Jordan, as well as many other countries worldwide.
Simon
Sales & Product Executive
Colchester-born, Simon worked as an overseas holiday rep and has had the travel and scuba diving bug ever since. He is recently back from diving in the Philippines and hoping to visit Bonaire soon. With years of experience, Simon is the ideal person to chat through your travel ideas and inspiration.
Beth
Sales Executive
Having previously worked as a sailing instructor, Beth’s love for water-based adventures has led her to become an avid solo traveller and recently qualified scuba diver. Beth delights in action-packed itineraries and is keen to start her Rescue Diver course soon.
John
Sales Executive
Since qualifying as a diver in 2002, John has completed over 850 dives in 25 countries. He is passionate about diving and has visited many bucket list destinations such as Cocos, Galapagos, Raja Ampat and Palau. Now part time, John helps at dive shows and with specific destination and diving enquiries.
Kirsty
Administrator
Kirsty is responsible for ticking the boxes for our guest’s dream holidays, whilst making sure everything runs seamlessly. She has travelled to many places on holiday but hasn’t yet been diving. She is hoping to change that in the very near future.
Sheryl
Administrator
With many years of customer service and admin experience, Sheryl loves to travel and explore. She has worked as cabin crew for British Airways, done voluntary work in India, and enjoyed travelling around Thailand. Sheryl is looking forward to learning to dive soon.
Jim
Executive Director
Executive director, dive instructor and passionate traveller, Jim has run dive companies in Egypt, Indonesia and Bermuda. With a knowledge of what makes divers happy, his knowledge and experience has made Diverse unique in the dive world.
Cary
Executive Director
A dive instructor and photographer, Cary has worked with divers in Indonesia, Egypt and around the world. Her knowledge of photography showcases Diverse’s wonderful destinations and liveaboards, both underwater and topside.

Diverse Travel is a Member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA), part of The Travel Network Group, the UK’s largest consortia of independent travel businesses. This means that when you book your holiday with us, we give you a guarantee that 100% of your money is protected against our or our suppliers’ failure, under our ATOL*. (ATOL number: T7558.)
* By law, every UK travel company which sells air holidays and flights is required to hold an ATOL, which stands for Air Travel Organiser’s Licence. If a travel company with an ATOL ceases trading, the ATOL scheme protects customers who had booked holidays with the firm. It ensures they do not get stranded abroad or lose money:
If the company collapses while you are on holiday, the scheme will make sure you can finish your holiday and return home. If the company collapses before you leave the UK, the scheme will provide a full refund for the holiday
We will provide you with additional legal protection from the TTA against us acting in a fraudulent manner, through a Stand Alone Safe Seat Plan Guarantee**.
** Should we become insolvent, in most instances your money will still be held within our Trust Account and available to pay for your holiday. If because of fraud or dishonesty the money is not there, then the guarantee is available to reimburse your loss. In some cases, your holiday may continue as the providers or suppliers have already been paid. Where you have only paid a deposit and still have an outstanding balance, your holiday may be unaffected and by paying the balance your holiday will continue as planned. Where possible, attempts will be made to ensure that you can carry on with your original holiday arrangements.:
