Cayman Aggressor V
The Cayman Islands is a British Crown Colony which lies 480 miles south of Miami, nestled in the turquoise waters of the western Caribbean. The warm waters, shallow walls and endless visibility make this the perfect trip for new divers and snorkelling enthusiasts.
During your trip, the Cayman Aggressor V will dive the best of all three islands, which includes the Northwall and Southwall in Grand Cayman, Bloody Bay Wall in Little Cayman & everyone’s favorite, Stingray City. The Oro Verde, Doc Poulson, Russian Destroyer and Kittiwake wrecks are bustling artificial reefs that disguise once magnificent ships and are a must see for every diver!
Liveaboard Services/Facilities: Roomy, air conditioned salon, sun deck with hot tub, sun loungers, deck chairs, stereo CD player, shaded wet bar, grill, complete photo centre with a computer to edit photos and videos. Dive deck offers a camera table with low-pressure air hoses and 2 hot, fresh water showers.
Food, Beverage & Entertainment Facilities: Food is varied and plentiful, with a variety of American feasts, barbecues and local cuisine. Please advise if you have any special dietary requirements at time of booking. Drinks included, fruit juices, soft drinks, tea, coffee, and a limited selection of local beer and wine. There is a variety of nightly entertainment, including diving, fish identification presentations, movies and games.
Included: Full board meal plan plus mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks, all local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, up to 27 dives on 7 night charters and up to 42 dives on 10 night charters (multiple day dives and a night dive each evening, conditions permitting, dive guide, 12ltr tanks (air) and weights.
Not included: Flight/visa, local transfers, diving equipment, tanks other than 12 litres, Nitrox, port fees $95 pp (7 nts) or $135 pp (10 nts). Extras are paid onboard at the end of the trip. Visa, mastercard, or cash (USD or Cayman Islands currency) is accepted. Travellers checks are not accepted.
Boarding: Saturday 3 pm – 4 pm. Start diving on Sunday morning.
Check out: Saturday 8 pm. Last dive is late Friday morning before Cayman Aggressor V returns to port.
Please note: 3mm wetsuit recommended. Water temperatures range from 78 – 82F, 25 – 28C.
There are 10 spacious cabins for up to 20 guests. Cabins include 2 balcony suites, 5 Deluxe staterooms, each with two single beds or a king, and 3 twin staterooms, each with two single beds side by side. All staterooms have climate controls, TV’s, private bathrooms and a safe to store small valuables.
Specification: 36.5 metres long with a 7.5 metre beam. Built and powered for comfort, safety and stability. Diesel powered and cruises at 10 knots.
Navigation and Safety: Radar, Depth Sounder, GPS, Radio VHF/DSC/SSB, E.P.I.R.B. Distress System, Emergency Rafts, Life Vests, Fire Alarm & Fire Extinguishers, Oxygen, First Aid Kits, Satellite & mobile phones, Bilge pump alarm, Search light, Crew trained in first aid, Emergency flares.
